With 25 years of white chilled cast iron mill roll sharpening experience under our belt, we are confident our mill roll work is second to none. We sharpen our rollers with state-of-the-art computer controlled equipment. We run approximately 1000-1200 mill rolls through our shop every year, sending them as far as New York and California. We offer a complete lineup of roll repair including roll grinding, shaft repair, shaft replacement, and roll balancing. We also have a complete line of bearings, seals, belts, cheek plates, and other replacement parts for all different brands of mills. We know how important it is to have the proper size roll in your machine, so we stock several different sizes of mill roll blanks that can be custom made to fit your mill.
