With our extensive experience in cutting mill rolls for the past 25 years, we have incorporated some of that expertise into our kernel and crop processor roll design. One of the most significant features is the saw tooth cut design. With this, you are able to open your rollers up slightly to let more product through, but you still get the shearing action of the saw tooth design, processing your kernels and cob as they pass through. We currently have rollers available for all John Deere® self-propelled forage harvesters, and the new 3975 pull-type forage harvester. Rollers are also available for the New Holland® FX models, and the Gehl® 1075 and 1275 models. We are constantly adding new models to our line up of replacement rollers, so give us a call today.
